the lobby was pleasant, i appreciated it. had original room with better ac, 3 queen beds, hot tub for an outstanding stay. generally everything was cool, yet the bathroom was old.
Some people working there were not very nice.

Exemplary service, impressive room, lovely bed. Lots of supplies in the room: air conditioning, terrace and coffee. The staff was quick to help in all our needs, very awesome team...

We think it's a great place for staying in Hawthorne. Big room with all necessities. Right by the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. This hotel is equal to 2 stars.
